This next little bit of footage is still printing the carabiner, but is shot using the Ghetto Pro phone camera chest mount.:D

Just a quick update of how I rigged up the Ghetto Pro. Might look for some better attachments, but it works for the time being.

Okay, so its been a little while since I printed anything and got the urge to create some stuff. So I printed a little Decepticon badge, it serves no real purpose, but it looks cool and I tried to print one of these and an autobot one before, but both prints failed. I may upload a few vids of this print in future, but what I'm uploading here is a self defence tool keyring (big one) that I will probably get my wife to stick on her keys as she is only tiny. So anyway, here it is....

Okay, been a little quiet on the 3d printing front, but I have been active behind the scenes.

I have been trying to perfect the vacuum hanger, which I am printing my 4th one as I write this. There have been a few design flaws, that weren't apparent in the design phase and required actually printing the design to see these. The one I'm printing now, looks like we may have overcome them, but I don't want to count my chickens just yet, so stand by for the video update....

Okay, I got two new filaments in the mail today, as my white PLA was running a little low. I ordered a blue and a semi see through PLA, so expect to see some prints with those in the near future. I also still have the grey TPU flexible (rubbery) filament, which I haven't got around to using.

I think the clear PLA will be the preferable kind for hangers and similar items where you can get some idea of what's happening internally.

Okay, here I'm printing Megatron for my son. I downloaded it from Thingiverse and this is just the first part (his head), I will print the rest of him in the near future.

Saw this, just by chance. Thought it was pretty neat.

I don't have any cats, but I imagine could be resized for dogs, if the printer was sizeable. Could you imagine a Doberman or Rott wearing this? :omg:

    Ah man that looks cool!

Our cat that just got run over was nicknamed "Battle cat" by the wife and son, like He-Man's cat. Would have looked awesome on her!
