I drank one Yuengling with dinner.....plan on making up for my shortcomings tonight, tho! Picked me up a sixer of The Duck Rabbit Milk Stout. I had forgotten that I'd tried if before, some years back......not my kind of beer, really. I like a good "drinking" beer, and this one doesn't quite fit the bill for me. It is a very dark beer (usually a plus, as I have enjoyed darker brews for years) and has big flavor: reminds me somewhat of like a coffee + bitter chocolate, which is due to the dark-roasted grains in it, no doubt. It is rich without being thick, with a good solid head. Only around 5.7% ABV So, I have 5 left out of a sixer.......anybody care for a bottle? I will be cracking a top on my current favorite, a Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry IPA, right after I wash the Milk Stout flavor off my palate with old reliable: a Yuengling Traditional Lager!
