I drank one Yuengling with dinner.....plan on making up for my shortcomings tonight, tho! :cool2:

Picked me up a sixer of The Duck Rabbit Milk Stout. I had forgotten that I'd tried if before, some years back......not my kind of beer, really. I like a good "drinking" beer, and this one doesn't quite fit the bill for me.
It is a very dark beer (usually a plus, as I have enjoyed darker brews for years) and has big flavor: reminds me somewhat of like a coffee + bitter chocolate, which is due to the dark-roasted grains in it, no doubt. It is rich without being thick, with a good solid head.
    Only around 5.7% ABV

    So, I have 5 left out of a sixer.......anybody care for a bottle? :D

I will be cracking a top on my current favorite, a Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry IPA, (y) right after I wash the Milk Stout flavor off my palate with old reliable: a Yuengling Traditional Lager!

We're even for what you did to me with the pics of those DELECTABLE looking Belgian beers that I likely shall never sample ;)

I did manage to finish those Duck Rabbit Milk Stouts........kinda grew on me, but mostly I am not one to let beer sit idly by, when it could be being absorbed by my body and giving me a buzz !

    Ah, beer!! :coffee:

I could write poems about it, to it, and in awe of it
But instead, I'll just have another :D
