For a long while I've had very important troubles with erection quality (EQ) , even though I'm a young lad. I used porn and found it was a very negative habit, however I would stay very far from the claims a few well renowned sites make. This is for an other topic though. To cut a long story short I kicked the porn out of my life, changed my diet for the better and was left with my sole atrophied brain when it came to edging. I was very frustrated with my EQ, how my pelvic floor behaved thanks to the bad habits I had created, how my breathing was affected, how inexistant my imagination and capacity to visualize, sense , be turned on thanks to erotic thoughts were , and most importantly how poor my EQ was . The last three weeks I have added a very positive exercise to my daily life: erotic meditation. Please note I have not cured all my problems thanks to it, I'm still no superhuman, have bad days, get frustrated, and the changes I made in my diet were imo very important even though I still didn't have proper EQ after I made the changes . Ok this being said, on to the core of the topic: First I undress (at least I free the goods) , sit in a good posture, try to avoid as many tensions as possible (hip flexors, pelvic floor etc..) , calm myself down and breathe consciously for a couple of minutes . Then I very simply start to visualize one turn on I have chosen, and gently play with it, feel the energy which is often created from the belly when excited (flows into the penis among other members), focus on different aspects of the turn on in itself . I keep the excitement going and play with it, increasing it or decreasing it (=watch my breath again). At first I took it as simply an exercise I decided to work on and practice, really as one would practice his forehand if he played tennis. Now most of the times it is a pleasure I look forward to. It is a very nice way to add more meditation in the day, quiet the mind, and even refresh the mindset for PE or edging or whatever (you learn not to rush for that high erection level). During erotic meditations I do not touch Mr Wiener , which makes it a frustration-free experience. I do not check my erection level, and have zero expectations considering what my penis should achieve (now I often reach a hardish state, depending on the day). As someone who had poor EQ this was a very positive and important aspect of the exercise. Pure fun and mental training. One thing I found is, since I'm off porn, seeing or interacting with women helps renew my imagination. On the other hand it is extremely interesting to "work" with the same turn on everyday for a while ( =/= novelty seeking). What is fun with playing with the same idea is to notice there are many many different details you can focus on to renew the interest of the same turn on. You can add one or two senses, facial expressions, positions (not only the mere geometry and angle to view the womenm, but the feel of domination and submission), work on the scenario a bit more etc... This is of course an endless high speed porn right in between your ears. Contrary to porn you also work on focus, imagination, awareness of yourself etc.. I don't release too often as for me it is helpful not to. I eat one beet and a lot of garlic a day.
