If you start to get bad effects from the coffee-caffeine, try tea. It does not fall that fast for me ;) Just something I wanted to add before you and others follow "my" coffee advice and then die of a heart attack :)

Wt: 212.4# on digital scales at home on empty stomach; 213# at work at 2:45PM.
Not thrilled about these numbers, but I did expect a "bump" from my free day yesterday.

Plan is to drink coffee until around midday, have a smoothie, and eat reasonably small portions every 3-4 hours afterwards as my "meals" for today.

Meals: 1P - smoothie; 4P - water; 5:30P - sm svg of chicken casserole, green beans, 12 oz. 2% milk; 8:30P - sm svg spaghetti with meat sauce, 12oz. 2% milk

Ahh, scales aren't being kind aye?

Are you wearing slightly heavier clothing?? Maybe try jumping on the scales naked for the highest accuracy measurement, maybe don't do this at work though???

    Not very kind!

Nah, I usually weigh in the same clothing and at around the same time each day, so it is just a little bigger bounce than I would have preferred to see, lol.
I will be getting truly serious with things after I return from vacation, anyway
