    Can't say I have ever weighed my food, unless I am baking a cake and I think that has happened maybe like two or three times ever. I could go for some cake right about now....

    I laugh at him, but it is to get the amount of grams of Proteins, Fats, and Carbs in the servings.. But like I keep telling him he only needs one sheet of what contains what per serving, and he should be able after the first weighing of the foods, know what the amount is by simply looking at it afterwards.. Pro BB'rs etc. they don't continually weigh their food every meal, they know what the amount looks like in certain containers..
