    Thursday's Workout:

    12 km cycling

5.5 km in 31 minutes. A small bit longer than my previous runs because I ate a huge dinner and it was regurgitating on me a bit so walked home the last 100 m or so instead so it cost me a minute. Meh, I ain't going to cry about it :D

    When I go for a jog/run I go for 30 minutes and get +5km's.

Running is a lot mental not stopping when you feel tired or the bottom of your feet hurt.

Loving the new bright orange Nike running shoes I bought a bit a go since they have more cushioning and are more stable.

Nice, sounds good. What you said stuck in my mind running this morning and actually helped me push through when I was feeling exhausted. Cheers ;)

    Saturday's Routine:

4 km in 24 minutes. I have pinned down average running times to 1 km per 6 minutes. This is about right for my pace. When I was fitter I was doing 10 km in an hour. I am thinking of improving my speed and time in the 5 km range for a while before increasing distance as I am still not past the "running is boring" stage yet.

Okay, been bad at keeping my log going here. I have been doing occasional running, and I still cycle around 10 km or more a day. I will join the gym when I get back from my holidays at the end of May... honest! :D

If you sub the walk for a swim, you'd be on your way to doing a triathlon!
