So you are considering embarking on the adventure of enlarging your penis? I am sure you have many questions and concerns, and I am hoping to answer some of them for you, here.
This is a joke right? You can't seriously enlarge your penis can you?
Yes, penis enlargement is real and possible. There are many exercises you can do to increase EQ (erection quality), libido, and actually enlarge the penis. The basic principle behind it is "time under tension" or "time under pressure". By stretching the penis for the right amount of time, and at the right amount of tension, you can in fact increase the length of your penis. And by creating the right amount of pressure for the right amount of time, you can increase the girth of your penis.
But is it safe? What if I break my penis?
Penis enlargement is safe when done correctly. However the possibility for injuries are very real if done improperly. The biggest issue I have seen from guys over the years is rushing in and doing too much, too fast. Most guys want results now, and will push way too hard to try and get them as fast as possible. Those are the ones who end up hurting themselves and will tell you that penis enlargement is a bunch of bunk that will only lead to injury. When done properly, you will have a penis that is performing at 100% and will slowly grow in both length and girth.
How long will it take to gain 1 inch?
Unfortunately nobody can say how long it will take you. One individual may gain that in a few months while another may need 5 years to obtain it. Everyone is different, and genetics, routines, dedication, and many other factors come into play. Some people gain very easily while others have to “fight tooth and nail” for every 1/16 inch. I personally believe this has a lot to do with the thickness of the tunica albuginea, which is the thick, fibrous sheath covering the penile chambers (cavernosa). Think of it in this manner: the tunica is a bike tire, while the smooth muscle and cavernosa are the inner tube. The inner tube (erectile tissue) fills with air (blood) and expands until it fills the tire. If the tire (tunica) is thick it will be limited in how far it can expand. If the tire is thinner, it will be able to expand much further. Depending on how thick or thin your tunica is will have a bearing on how fast or easy you can gain. But to give you an idea, I can tell you that I am what one would consider a hard gainer. However with 2 years of PE and very consistent and dedicated work, I have gained a total of 5/8" length and 5/16-3/8" girth.
Do devices like pumps and stretchers work?
Yes, there are several devices that can work for penis enlargement, to include pumps, hangers, and stretchers. However, I would advise each individual to start with a beginner/conditioning routine before adding any devices. These routines are all “manual” exercises, and since it is important to ease into things and take it slow, they make the most sense. Get used to the manual exercises before throwing in devices for a few reasons:
1)  Manual exercises are 100% free;
2)  You may very well make some gains within the first couple months with a manual routine. Many people make gains very quickly, which some call "newbie gains.” Realistically these may or may not be actual gains, or simply an increase in size due to the increase in erection quality (EQ) and functionality of your penis. Basically these manual exercises will get your unit working in tip-top shape, and therefore you will see length and girth increases; and,
3)  Devices can be very hard on your penis, especially if going in “cold.” If a manual routine is completed first (I would suggest planning for a 3 month period), your penis will be better able to take the strain such devices will put on it, as well as decrease your risk of injury.
What about penis enlargement pills? Do any of them work?
Unfortunately, no. There is no magic pill you can take that will increase your penis size. All the products out there simply have ingredients in them that increase EQ. If you have a harder erection it is going to be bigger than with a weaker erection. This is why they claim it increases your size. However, many of these pills are a hodge- podge mix of all kinds of different things. They put a bunch of stuff in it hoping that one of them will have an effect on you. Some of the ingredients can be downright deadly to a person that has an allergic sensitivity to them. The only thing that I would suggest that could help with enlargement is supplementation with the amino acid L-Arginine. L-Arginine is an amino acid that our body already naturally produces. When our body breaks it down, it results in the release of nitric oxide, which increases blood flow and circulation and aids in the building of tissues. (You may also hear it referred to as a Nitric Oxide precursor.) It has also been linked to increased immunity and shortened healing time, and is very good for the heart. However, even this can be dangerous to the wrong person. Because it is a NO precursor, it can be very efficient in blood vessel dilation, which results in lowered blood pressure. For someone with hypotension (abnormally low blood pressure) it could even be deadly. Fortunately most people suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure), so it is a very beneficial supplement for most. If you do decide to try it, I would suggest starting with 500-1000 mg daily. Although it is unlikely that a person could take so much that they would suffer serious ill-effects or overdose on it, it's best to use the least amount necessary of anything you take.
